Fantastic service, helpful owner. Unforgettable walk on Mount Etna. Charming and charismatic house. Authentic, rustic style. Warmhearted welcome. Convenient location as a base. Engaging and pleasant hostess. Clean bathroom
Can't fault anything about it.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious and carefully selected products. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing great tips and engaging conversations. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, along with the beautiful gardens, made for a truly enjoyable stay.
The location was not as country-like as expected, being more of a suburban area with limited nearby facilities. It was also quite difficult to access without a car, which made it less convenient for exploring the area.

My room overlooked the gardens and had tall shuttered windows. the breakfast, served in a peaceful courtyard, was fantastic with organic produce. the location was perfect for hiking up Mt Etna, just 45 minutes away. the B&B had a charming and rustic style, making it an authentic experience. I felt warmly welcomed and enjoyed interacting with the friendly owners and their children.
The room facing the road was noisy at night due to passing traffic.

The breakfast was nice, and the room was clean. the hotel was situated in a very noisy area, which made it difficult to sleep at night. the hotel was also quite far from any Christmas markets or festive activities.
The hotel was extremely cold, and the heating was not functioning properly. We had to wear extra layers in the room and still felt cold during the night.
